We turned an open space into a multi-use space by redefining areas with ceiling details, recessed lighting, and more. Two neutral sofas face one another with a trio of mirrored tables between, flanked by two wingback chairs that share an accent table in one seating arrangement. A cozy seating area just outside but still enclosed is glimpsed in the background, with four club chairs around a cocktail table. For formal dining, the glass-top table seats up to eight with distinct host and hostess chairs while, for a more al fresco meal, the homeowners can get closer to the view and have a more intimate meal at the table for four.
