The kitchen, dining room and family rooms all look out onto this small courtyard. The small cocktail pool/ jacuzzi (heated with a dozen varied jets) adds to property value, whereas the fiberglass jacuzzi that the client originally envisioned would have lowered the property value. I love the shadow play from the palm tree.
