Kitchen & bathroom updates for homey atmosphere

Updating the Master Bathroom: > Demo: Remove vanity faucets, countertop and backsplash, vanity cabinets, wall mount medicine cabinet, and recessed 2nd medicine cabinet. Remove mirror. > Construct two 36 inch wide vanity cabinets similar style as kitchen cabinet design. > Using a level 4 quartz countertop material, install countertop with standard edge profile, two undermount sinks, and four inch backsplash; install two faucets and connect up plumbing. > Install new wall mount medicine cabinet and new recessed medicine cabinet. > Install two new mirrors. > Clean up and haul off all debris.
