With an open floor plan the built in book cases were painted a similar off-white of the kitchen cabinets located across the room. Still under design construction the homeowner marked where the ideal rug size would be on the new hand scraped hardwood floors. A metal sail boat and stand fill a small wall space opposite the lakeside view.
