Metalwork: Ebony & Patina Steel Fireplace Surround

This house has this master bedroom, the living room and family room designed with different variation of this combination of Ebony and blue patina steel. Each area has different sizes and shapes of fireplaces, wall space and juxtapositions of these beautiful materials. The cabinet pull you see is hand made using a forge to heat the flat metal and then using a hammer and anvil to shape the custom-made pull you see here. We then stained it with a patina.
