The client wanted a bright, functional, modern farmhouse feel that would be perfect for entertaining large groups.
The new space features a 48” range, panel ready refrigerator and custom cabinetry with lots of storage organizers. Custom reclaimed barnwood hood, island cabinetry, shelves and 300 year old timber frame beams in the kitchen & great room coordinate with the reclaimed barnwood railings. A new 10’ sliding glass door brings in light. Quartz countertops add brightness and a unique look with double waterfall edges. In the great room, the fireplace was expanded, adding
a reclaimed barnwood mantle, limestone hearth, and beautiful new stone. On the exterior, the front door was refinished with a natural stain to brighten the entry and add warmth to the home.
