Phase 1 Porch

Arts & Crafts House Exterior, DC Metro

Originally a '40's rambler, we worked with my neighbor to develop a master plan to be built over the years. We started with the basement and a few bathrooms. Then we built the porch. Finally, in 2014 we finished the master plan with a left side addition, rear addition and entirely new top level. As you can see from the interior and exterior, the client likes natural stained woods and the interior offers a mix of cedar, stone, cherry and pine.
