Foreground: Stachys byzantina (Lamb's Ear) drought tolerant, full sun, velvety soft, ground cover Peach colored Tulips (plant in fall, don't come back in most of CA) Mid-ground: Aniganzanthos (Red Kangaroo Paw) Drought tolerant, full sun, blooms spring to summer. Behind: Freesia bulbs plant in fall, in full sun, will come back every year. Background: Phormium 'Pink Stripe' (New Zealand Flax prefers full sun, drought tolerant, great vertical form, gets 3' tall and wide.
