Small changes make a big difference!

In order to make the space to add a third bedroom to this little bungalow, we nudged the front door over one bay. As the original door was also not centered, we didn't feel too badly about moving it over. This created a nice flow into the public areas of the home and made a lovely porch hang-out space to the left of the new entry.
Additionally, we re-did the front steps which were sloped and off-rise and re-worked the walkway leading to the porch. The house also got a fresh coat of paint so it looks darn smart!
