Third Avenue Historic Renovation

This 1867 home on the National Historic Register of Homes was renovated by Deer Creek Homes in the heart of historic downtown Franklin, TN. The iron and brick fence was added with a cut-brick pattern on top of the brick posts that replicated a 150-year old style. Shutters were re-built; cornices were replicated and milled to fit. Windows in the front were not replaced because they contained wavy glass.
