In order to save money we decided to use a standard off the shelf range from Wren Kitchens. The original U shaped bench seating was reduced to an L shape. We designed the island as it was not possible for them to provide us with one to our specification, so we had it made up by a joiner who made it in four sections. and we bought it in once the vinyl parquet floor was laid.
