Window dressing for large Edwardian sitting room

From an existing window valance with tired curtains the customer wanted a new fresh look to their bay window. The roman blinds were made first & fitted which left a slightly empty area so it was suggested that dress curtains & a tailored pelmet was to be added. The pelmet was covered in the same fabric as the blinds & finished with a fine pipe & antique brass nails. The dress curtains were made in a Small patterned fabric, interlined & lined to give a full look with a single pleat heading.
