Woven Wire Room Divider at One Montgomery Plaza

The lofts at One Montgomery Plaza were part of an Adaptive Reuse conversion of a 1928 Montgomery Ward warehouse in downtown Fort Worth, TX. As part of the design aesthetic, a wide range of materials was used to pay homage to the building’s industrial history. We used an unfinished stainless steel Cascade Coil Drapery as a creative division of space in the model loft unit, which allowed us to maintain the city views while still creating a sense of intimacy and spatial definition in an otherwise large, voluminous loft.
