当物件は道路より1500mm ほど低い宅地で、南側は田園調布でも有数の大変交通量の多いタクシー通りということから、安全面を考慮した東側の2F からのエントリーを採用した。
玄関は道路より約1/2 フロア上げて設ける必要があり、そのイメージとして「ヴィクトリアン」テイストを採用し、東海岸で頻繁に目にする事ができるブリックとサイディングの使い分けによるデザインにしてある。
