We were very pleased with the results of the complete exterior painting job. Prior to the painting, we appreciated the time spent with us to discuss the project, including the many tours and inspections of the house. We had detailed discussions on how the prep work prior to the painting would be done. Things were fixed properly. The advice on color selection was excellent. The supervisor and crew was very impressive. They were professional and did outstanding workmanship.

To whom it may concern, On June 29, 2017, College Works Painting contracted to paint a portion of my residence located in Jersey Village, Texas, 77040. The portion of the residence to be painted was the metal siding on the property. Ms. Kaitlyn Buckley was the Assigned Renovator to oversee the project to its conclusion. Ms. Buckley was very proficient at the initial consultation to determine what I needed to have painted and with which paint product I wanted her to use. She was knowledgeable about the paints and explained the differences between the Sherwin Williams products. The project was completed, as I had requested in the early summer, and the outcome was superb as the paint gave my property a new, fresh appearance. Ms. Buckley presented herself in an excellent manner throughout and was beyond professional in her approach in addressing each of my requests. I do not hesitate to recommend her based on the management skills she exhibited. College Works Painting - Texas Branch During the summer of 2017 we had a team, lead by Logan Pottberg, paint our home and stain our deck at our home in Bryan Texas. From the very beginning I was impressed with the professional, engaging interaction. The quote process was very thorough and when it was time to pick paint and stain colors Logan had excellent ideas. The pre-paint prep work was also excellent and the team was detail oriented. I was very pleased with the final product and impressed with the team. Ruben Serna totally deserves high marks for his role as project manager for College Works Painting during the wood repair and painting of my house. My original project manager resigned just as the project was beginning. Ruben took over and went out of his way to rebuild my trust. Even though he was initially unfamiliar with the project details in my contract, he did his homework and everything progressed like clockwork. Not only was Ruben able to pick up a new project and make it run smoothly, he was doing this in addition to his existing projects. Not once did I feel like he didn't have time for me. He always showed up on time or early. I think there was more communication required than normal because he was taking over for someone else. He always answered all my questions, was very polite and resourceful, and lead his crew to finish the project to my total satisfaction. Ryan and his crew just finished painting our home. I want to say thank you, Ryan, for a great job. Our home looks fresh again! Ryan who works with College Works is a very professional, young businessman. The first time Ryan met with my husband and myself, I knew I was going to be in good hands. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of questions Ryan asked us to make sure that all was going to run smoothly during the painting process. He “ crossed his “T” and dotted all his “I” ! Nothing was left to chance. I appreciated the fact that Ryan had a carpenter in his crew who was able to replace all the rotten boards that needed to be replaced before painting. I did not have to look for someone. That made it easier on my me. Carl walked us through every step of the process, explaining everything we needed to know. He was honest and forthright with his assessment and appraisal, and detailed the financing options available to us as well. Carl personally supervised and participated in the pressure-washing and painting of our house. He and his team came during weekends and Spring Break to ensure the job got done, accommodating his schedule to us and around inclement weather. The team was polite, professional and efficient.
