Beautiful complete exterior makeover from siding to windows and new porch. They prepared a plan with nice architectural details and built it like they drew it. Very nice job!

Their brochure says " adhere to a seamless process that frees you from the hassles....our process is designed to deliver the finished job on time,for a fixed, guaranteed price". If I was not home who knows, the house would be sided & trimmed in the same color! We started with them in April 2013. It is January 2014. We have to wait until spring to address problems with the concrete. Basic job of replace/enlarge concrete front porch plus 6ft sidewalk & awning over front door & Hardie siding/trim on house. I had to tell them, they did not order enough siding, Also that they ordered the wrong color, I had to instruct the subs building the awning what it was to look like, I had to give the General a colored pictured of project because mgmt. had not and he was confused. Had 4 General contractors who each took over a week each to acquaint themselves with project , the company could not keep good contractors. House was left uncovered for over 6 weeks because of mgmt not properly ordering & checking orders upon delivery & can't keep General contractors. (Terrible summer/winter storms.) What a concept, check orders upon delivery. Their contract IS NOT what their brochure says. Shame on us for not reading all the super fine print!!! I
