Purchased Forever Mark cabinets from Nataly. Very helpful. Very happy with the cost. I think best prices around. Cabinet arrived in a week as she said they would. One cabinet had to be replaced and they arranged a replacement in a week without cost to me. Very good service. I thank them at Alba.

Update I had a couple of issues with the delivery but Matt went out of his way to correct them. I appreciated his responsiveness to my request. Matt is very talented He is a top-notch designer. I am extremely satisfied with my new kitchen the cabinets are beautiful and I am very pleased with the outcomes. Thank you Matt for your help.

In January I went to Alba kitchen and bath to order my cabinets everything went well I had high expectations after I gave them my deposit, He promised me the cabinets will be delivered TWO weeks after. Now it's been TWO months my order is delayed, all the communications ceased, no update on the status of my cabinets. it is a big mess, they don't care, the receptionist told me to sit and wait. there is no manager on site. DON'T use Alba for any of your kitchen or bath needs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Cannot say enough amazing things about Alba Kitchen! The positive reviews were enough to compel me to stop into their store to “begin” to explore my vision for an updated kitchen, and I ended up loving their selection, their pricing and their service that I signed on the spot :) First, I felt very safe as everyone was in masks and seemed to respect social distancing. Secondly, there were no pushy salespeople… just designers on hand to help you map out your vision. Mustafa was the person I worked with and he was AMAZING. Gave good guidance on balancing style and budget. Literally the easiest process ever, and he was so communicative and responsive throughout the process. Thankfully I showed up with photos of my current kitchen and directional measurements, and he drew up digital renderings on the spot. He then came out to measure for precision. They work with high quality manufacturers and really have a tight system to make it all run smoothly. Finally, he provided a time schedule and delivered ON TIME. This is HUGE. We’ve had experiences where companies give a date to land the sale, then there is a holding pattern. I’m thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, quality of service and workmanship, competitive pricing, and overall amazing customer experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

High customer service throughout the kitchen Design process and very patient with all the charges I made after the design was completed. If there were 10 stars, we would have done 10!!! Wow, definitely, definitely head to Matt at Alba Kitchens!!! We searched high and low at kitchen cabinet stores (many) and finally decided to view a cabinet store right under our noses!!! We were incredibly pleased to find this cabinet store, offering quality cabinets and beautiful quality details at very fair prices. We wound up with a truly beautiful kitchen and credit Matt, an industry professional with many years in the cabinet industry, with our amazing results. He is extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful human being, to boot. He provided us with an awesome kitchen layout and suggested product alternatives, which we truly appreciated. Our questions were promptly answered and our cabinets were delivered immediately. Thank you so very much Matt and Alba....we could not be more pleased!!!

We couldn’t be happier with the service and quality that was provided to us by Alba Kitchen! Erkan gave us more than the amount of time than he should have. He was always available and happy to answer any questions that we had. Because of the pandemic the process was extremely dragged out any that was in no part Alba Kitchens fault. They were very patient with us and we couldn’t be more thankful. The cabinets came in just as they said and the workmanship on them is top notch.

I can not say enough about my positive experience with Erkan at Alba Kitchen and Bath. My husband and I built a custom home and we wanted our open concept kitchen/family room to be the main area for friends and family. Designing a kitchen from scratch is not an easy task but Erkan was patient, knowledgable, and extremely professional. He worked with us to explore all cabinet options allowing us to stay within budget while building our dream kitchen. He helped come up with a few custom details that I absolutely love. Anytime we have guests they compliment the kitchen and bathroom designs. We had such a great experience that we worked with Erkan and Alba to design our master bathroom, make-up vanity area, and laundry room as well. I could not be happier with the end result!
