About Us

At Alpha Comfort Design, Inc., your comfort is our promise! When you choose our HVAC company, we will show you what component failed, why it failed, and we will explain how to prevent future failures from occurring. We will also explain the importance of maintenance check-ups to avoid breakdowns during the worst time of the year for climate control failures, April to November. Preventative maintenance of your central air conditioning and heating system is very similar to a vehicle’s oil change and tune-up. In our experience, most emergency repair calls are for systems that have not been maintained.

I own a single family home here in Central Florida and needed to replace my 3 ton HVAC system. It was my extremely good luck to call Alpha Comfort Design, a local contractor, to do the work. Luke and his worker just completed the install of the system. The job was absolutely perfect from start to finish. When I first met Luke, the owner, I had a number of questions. This man's knowledge is so extensive that he was able to give me answers even before I was finished with the question. Not only did he have answers but when there were alternatives he knew the BEST answer. The work was flawless from beginning to end. The friendliness, honesty and professionalism of this man is outstanding. I am particularly impressed because my experience with other contractors in Central Florida is that they take advantage of senior citizens like me. Not Luke. He was very honest, reliable, and efficient. I would recommend him and his company for anyone who needs either repair or installation of HVAC equipment. You will NOT be disappointed.

Luke and his team are professionals who really work for every dollar you spend. I was promised my A/C within 8 hours. They did it in 4. The system was exactly what I ordered, perfectly installed, and without any real cleanup needed by me after it was all finished. Luke's communication before, during and after made me feel like I was part of the process, instead of a bystander who had no chance to ask questions. Luke sets the standard for excellent service. Thanks, Luke!!

Alpha comfort designs does excellent work! We hired luke from a recommendation from happenings in casselberry from facebook. He was highly recommended and now that we hired him I will pass on the recommendation! Luke is honest, fair, does neat, clean work! He's on time, couteous, gives honest and fair pricing! Cannot say enough! He put in my air conditioning system as well as my daughter's and we are very satisfied!!!! Great job!!!!

Luke has done great job on our A.C system. We had a new system put in place about 2 years ago and we were impressed by his professional and the great work that was done. Luke also put in a new furnace for us. We would highly recommend him.

The owner and all of the employees were very professional. I noted that it appears that they were using new, top of the line equipment which is important. They were extremely fast to respond to both quotes and in doing the job. (Very quick response even on the weekends!). I had them install 2 brand new systems on two different rental homes I own. Their prices were very competitive, and they explained everything they were going to do, and then after it was finished they stepped me through what they did and how to get the tenants to care for it properly. For my other rental homes with older AC systems, when the HVAC goes out, (heating or cooling), I now use them for all of my AC needs. I also use them both for my own home and for all of my rental homes.
