Received the rug 3 days after I ordered .It is most beautiful and has an excellent quality. The rug I ordered initially was no longer available . Nain Trading was very apologetic and helped me actively in finding an alternative. I would definitely not hesitate to buy again from them!

I was anxious about buying an expensive rug online, but we just could not find what we wanted in the shops we visited - so we took the plunge. We bought one rug and were delighted with it, and impressed with the accuracy of the online pics. We needed a second rug, but the one we ordered was not right (albeit beautiful). It was very easy to return and to get a credit on the 3rd - which was spot on.
