Recently my wife and I purchased a Schnadig Carleton arm chair and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. We had done a lot of research and stumbled across this store. The price for furniture was a lot lower than most websites and local stores. We received excellent customer service when placing order to delivery. Our chair arrived as promised and the quality and condition of the chair was great. The delivery men were courteous. I would definitely recommend Better Value Furniture and look forward to my next purchase.

Very prompt responses to emails and questions. Better Value Furniture provides a wide variety of furniture. Even though I was not prepared to purchase the furniture I liked right away, the person I corresponded with was still willing to work with me and encouraged me to contact them in the future with further questions. A lot of times if you arent prepared to buy a company does not want to waste time with you. It was refreshing customer service. I will surely buy from them in the future.
