It was an absolute pleasure working with Bill and his right hand Caleb. Both take much pride in what they do and they're masters at their respective crafts. They're respectful, honest, patient and composed. They run a super clean job and are excellent problem solvers, especially with regards to the inevitable hidden challenges that surface when you open up a developer-built house. Though we're happy the project is complete, and thrilled with the results, we rather miss having them around. We'll see you on the next one! Kindly, Jeremy and Bozena Cruz

We hired R&R Custom Carpentry to remove a wall from our kitchen, so we could open up our floor plan. We also needed trim work along the base of our kitchen cabinets to be done. Bill and his team exceeded our expectations. It looks awesome ! They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. I will be reaching out to them for future renovations.

Extremely happy with the work performed! They exceeded my expectations. Towards the end of the day they spent over an hour cleaning and wiping everything down. As with any project you have to expect a mess, but they were professional the entire time and explained the process in detail.

R&R had done several projects on our home from windows to flooring to bathrooms. The jobs are always done right and with reasonable rates. I appreciate their professionalism and timely completion. Once they start a job they get it done. I highly recommend.

Bill Rodway and his crew have been great to work with. After building a spectacular custom deck with a combination of Trex and Azek marteials, extensive lighting package, below level covered rain-free area; and extensive stairway and rail system; we had a sense for the commitment to high quality work. Bill is also very mindful of budget and helps you to get the most out of a project. Bill also has a broad sub-contractor network and brings in experts for every facet of the project. We have been so pleased with their work that we asked R&R to come back and manage several other home remodeling projects. He is currently installing an amazing wine cellar and bar area in my home which no doubt our family looks forward to enjoying soon. If you are looking for a highly qualified carpentry team, committed to exceptional quality, I highly recommend R&R Custom Carpentry and Cabinetry..

Bill and his team are amazing! Super quick response to my inquiry on Houzz, and was luckily in my neighborhood in order to stop by our home and provide an estimate that same day. We hired R & R Custom Carpentry to remodel our kitchen. They were very personable, professional and meticulous. I trusted them to be in our home by themselves. They turned our old ugly kitchen into a beautiful kitchen with a huge island. I love entertaining and always receive numerous compliments. I would definitely use them again and again!

I hired R & R Custom Carpentry & Cabinetry to redo my kitchen/dining room. All of the workers were professional and courteous. They did a great job turning my ugly old kitchen into a beautiful functional dream kitchen. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was taken down and replaced with a large 2-tier island. We never used our dining room anyway and this was a better fit for our family. The whole project was done earlier than expected. Check out my before pictures...you won't believe the transformation.

I had a vision for my new room, and took care to find the best contractor to make it come true. Bill Rodway of R&R and his team exceeded my expectations. Listened, worked with my budget and gave me exactly what I wanted. No mess, reliable, sensitive and able. I highly recommend them. The last time I did a remodel was over twenty years ago, but since this room is my "forever home" I wanted it to be special and reflect my own aesthetic. With Bill, I felt I had a true partner who cared as much as I did about the successful realization. I am immensely grateful and delighted with the end result. These are talented craftsmen, intelligent and honest. The space speaks for itself. They left everything immaculate and we sailed through the inspection process. You can't do better, in my experience.

Bill did an amazing job at budget! His biggest strength is his communication with what can be done, the process and for how much. He is very respectful and asked after each milestone for us to review the results for satisfaction (this is rare). He came in when a previous subcontractor failed to show up and left some things poorly done. He not only fixed what the other contratractor started but exceeded our expecations on quality, timelines and realiability.
