Don't buy these fire bowls I have 2 of them and 1 blew up and they are brand new and they are refusing to do anything about it. The price of the bowls and the installation of the gas lines and masonry work to build out the pillars was a fortune, and they are simply ignoring us and wont stand behind the product. I strongly recommend not buying Bobe/CMP products because they are dangerous and they will leave it to you to figure out the problems. I left a message for the President Tom Moore and he has not responded so that tells you what your dealing with.

We purchased two Bobe fire and water bowls almost three years ago for almost $10,000. They have NEVER worked. Our poor pool guy has had the electricians and gas plumbers out countless times to try and get them working. He even purchased new guts for both fire bowls because Bobe would not stand behind their products. I just learned that one of the largest pool builders in the Dallas Ft Worth area has pulled all Bobe products from their pools due to their unreliable nature and replaced them with Grand Effects products.

We had 3 custom copper Po Pots built for a recent project. Lead time was reasonable and the product was beautiful- surpassing my client's expectations. I will use them again and am happy to recommend them to other contractors.

We were having problems with the product but they did reach out to us and replaced all the parts in our client's fire bowls. Every company is going to make mistakes but it is how they stand by their product that really differentiates the good from the bad. Excellent response Bobe. Thank you - Rich
