Booth Built Patio Products

When we decided to knock down the 'old screened in patio' we asked the contractor who had remodeled the complete house 4 years ago to do the work. He said to call Booth Built as he would do it better, faster and be less expensive. We called Tom and he showed up on time and listened to what our plans were. We were looking for three things. Quality, cost and someone we could communicate with. We found all three with Tom and Booth Built. The quality was an outstanding product which we had seen at home shows and read about the product on line. The cost is always a consideration and his price was on target. He explained the scope of the work to us. When he was done there was no 'hidden fees" up-sales or other fees. The price was just what he quoted it would be. The job was done on-time and all four of his staff we met were very friendly. He maintained a tidy work site and cleaned up every day. Lastly on communication. When I called the office or Tom he always got back to us in a very timely basis. Most of the time the same day. Would we recommend Booth Built? The answer is yes without any reservations.

While searching for the best quality for the money, I found Booth Built. I received three quotes from different licensed contractors. Tom Booth was the only owner of the business that personally showed up to place a quote. He listened carefully to my concerns and how I felt my job was unique to my needs. Tom personally made the parts for my awning that I was most concerned with. Once the awning was installed in the time frame that was quoted, Tom came by to check the work which was completed. It was done perfectly and I did not have to oversee the contractor who did the work. A year later, and I am still very happy with my awning. It was well worth it.

The best experience I've ever had with a home improvement. I've had several home improvements done and every time there's an issue. Booth Built did everything perfect and were quick too. The communication is excellent too. They were quick to return phone calls and kept me informed throughout the whole process. On top of all that, they dealt with my HOA on approval and the city for the permits. The price was the lowest of all the bids I got for the work. All around unbelievable experience. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely go with them again if I need anymore work done.
