BRINCO HOMES has built, extended and renovated many homes in South Australia. Jim Brinias, the owner, has over 25 years experience in the building industry and he is an associate member of the Housing Industry. From the time Jim graduated as a civil engineer, his goal was to create a successful building company. Jim's main focus was not only to build a quality home but to build positive and trustworthy relationships with his clients and their families. To achieve his goal successfully, Jim became the builder and the supervisor which means BRINCO HOMES only build a limited number of homes or commercial projects per year. Jim understands that your home is an expression of yourself and it is important for Jim that the home he builds is worthy of that responsibility.

Jim Brinias built the extension to our home in 2016. During that time both my husband and I found Jim to be courteous, ethical and highly professional in the way he carried out his work. Jim made daily inspection visits to our building site which we found very helpful and was easily contactable during and out of business hours. Also our house is heritage listed, this meant Jim had to deal with and attend meetings on our behalf to ensure all the requirements set out by Mitcham Council and SA Heritage were adhered to and followed, no small feat. We were very happy with the high quality and standard of the work carried out by Jim and even now still strongly recommend Brinco Homes to anyone considering building a house, extension or renovating. Professional is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Brinco Homes. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Jim Brinias for 4 years, during which he helped me renovate my house. Above all, I was impressed with jim’s ability to to stay on task, coordinate his team and keep to both time frames and budget, while delivering a quality build that was in keeping with my vision. And, of course, his humour and good kind hearted nature was greatly appreciated. Brinco Homes would always be my only choice when deciding to do a build especially if you require quality work, with honest appraisal thats fair and in keeping with budget.
