I’m a remodeling contractor in NYC. My Build clean was amazing for 3 years, I used it about 3 times a year on my bigger renovations. But now as of 2021 the unit has an error code 5 that costumer service told me there is no fix because of my production date. That is unfortunate that such an expensive machine would just break after 3 years. I would not have purchased this filtration system knowing it would only last that short amount of time. I’ve called customer service a few times and they have no intentions of making it right.

I recommend that homeowners require their contractors to use an air scrubber on the job. It makes a big difference and our employees love it too. At first, our carpenters were suspicious of this unwieldy noisy red monster, but within 15 minutes of running it, they were thrilled. Less airborne dust makes for a happy healthy crew and greater productivity. Although the BuildClean is noisy, it is less noisy than other commercial air scrubbers. Prepare for sticker shock when replacing the filters but remember to think of it as an investment in your health and homeowner satisfaction.

My experience with the Build Clean company has been great all around! The service I've recieved from their team has been exceptional. Hope, the representative for my area, went the extra mile to make sure that I was completelty satisfied with the product and I most definitely am! I do kitchen and bathroom renovation and I don't ever want to be on a job site again without the Build Clean unit. We are currently neck deep in a major kitchen renovation and there is no fine dust on the furniture in the adjacent rooms like there has been in the past. I love it! I've wanted to take my service to the next level and I believe I have with this product. I highly recommend the Build Clean air scrubber!

I now own 2 Built Clean systems! They work great and are easy to set up and use which definitely makes it easy for employees to use on a daily basis. We just finished a large master bath demo in an early 1920's house where we took all debris out of a window and had the Build Clean set up in the adjacent staging room. The home owners cleaning person sought me out to tell me that she could not believe that there was no dust in the house from us even though we filled a 30 yard dumpster in a few days!

I have two of the air scrubbers now and the clients have been very happy with there results with less dust during and at the end of the projects. I will obviously continue using them and recommend Build Clean to others in my industry. I am started a large remodel project in September and will finish in December using it throughout the stages.
