Her name is Heather Bull. I talked to her within the last 45 minutes. We are scheduled to go back on 12-6-17 with Juan Ruiz and Raul Flores. The entire problem started because she did not want to come to the store and view products as she lives in Huntington Beach. She was working with Matt Liptrap and wanted to order a Stiletto ZC inside fit for an older unit. The first door we ordered fit fine, but not exactly as she wanted because the frame protruded beyond the black metal face. That is exactly what she was told and is how it is to finish. To go the extra mile, I suggested we try a cut back style frame. Kevin worked with me so as not to be charged for it as it is much more expensive than the ZC model. DSI goofed on data entry for the build of that and we did have to order again. The third door is what we will install on 12-6-17. Due to the depth of the frame there are some site modifications that must be done. Needless to say Gregg, Juan R., Raul, and myself have come up with a solution, that I explained to her earlier and she wished me a Happy Thanksgiving.
We always recommend a Designer or General Contractor come to one of our (8) Design/Selection Centers each which have over 200 combined Glass Fireplace Enclosures to select a proper fitting fixture & finish. In this case we have to side with our 200 years of experience.
