Earl took up my existing tile floor and then laid new tiles without replacing the cement board which had naturally been damaged during the demolition. He never snapped any chalk lines and he did not remove the baseboards before

Contacted him for several small projects around the house, he was fast, precise and low in cost. The exterior work he did around my house was amazing as well as the tile job he completed in my bathroom. any remodeling needs in the future he will be my first call.

Earl Johnson came put all the tile in our new master bathroom. Their were some issues with the work once he was completed. He cam back to the house and assured me that he would fix all the issues. He then came back to fix things and refused to fix one of the MAJOR issues because he stated that it was below his skill level to fix the work that he did incorrectly in the first place. When i explained to him that him choosing to not fix the issues he caused he replied "I don't work for you". Overall the experience was terrible. He seemed really nice but the work he did is of very poor quality. Even once he came back to fix the issues it still look shabby and poorly done. Don't use this company for tile work.
