Having never purchased carpet/install before I didn’t know what to expect...Jason Moreland made the process a fun yet professional experience! Right product, right price and a great install by Zane to finish the job, thank you guys!

We worked with Charles, who was wonderful. He was very polite and thorough. He has plenty of knowledge on flooring to get the job done beautifully and right.

Great service and outstanding installer for a job that had some challenges. Quality wool carpeting was installed on stairs that required some magic on two corners. Carpeting was perfectly aligned and "sculpted" over the corners.

Charles customer service was fantastic, he knows his product. Our installers Jerry and his team were clean and did a great job. I couldn't be happier. THANK YOU....

People at both Pierce stores were very helpful. We finally ordered from Charles at Carpet Mill Outlet, simply because they had what fit with our decor, and it was on SALE! We also ordered a transition piece to connect with two other rooms. We decided that it wouldn't work, and it wasn't until I was returning it, that I noticed it didn't even match. So you can see that it was very close. Still, its seemed like the warehouse personnel would have checked to see if it was the correct one before sending it out. Charles was very pleasant about re-ordering the right one. So it was all sorted out in the end.

The salesman, Charles, understood our needs and wants, and then showed us our options. Charles was quick to schedule us for our install, which worked out great. The installer Eric was great, he did a awesome job and was patience with our kids asking questions!

The service was great. The selection was outstanding for remnants and ready made rugs already bound. The only disappointment that I had was that I bought a remnant and asked that it would be 14' X 11'8", One end was indeed 14' but the other side of the same end was 13'7" which made me trim the pad and reposition the entire rug so it didn't look lopsided. Other than that...my experience was great.

Jason Moreland is the best flooring guy to work with in the Gallatin Valley. He knows the products and does a fantastic job matching what is out there with customers needs. We needed carpeting with a quick install to sell a condo and Jason got us an affordable and quality product and moved us into the install schedule before the listing. Couldn’t ask for better service. Randy the installer was a true pro. He called 30 min beforehand, was right on time, and a pleasure to talk to. All on top of doing a great job with the install- no visible seams, tucked carpet against LVP, and navigated an awkward closet opening. Great to work with Jason and Randy, couldn’t be happier.

Charles at Pierce did an outstanding job from helping to find flooring options within my budget, finding contractors that also went beyond expectation to delivering something personally that had been overlooked. He was incredibly responsive to my inquiries and was very helpful. Even when I hit a challenge Charles and the Pierce team went above and beyond to find a solution. I’d go to Pierce again for my future flooring needs.

Great experience from start to finish with Pierce Carpet Mill Outlet. They have a great selection of flooring with great pricing. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ray made it very easy to get our carpet project complete. Ryan was very friendly and did a great job with the install. We will definitely use Pierce for any future carpet purchases.
