To better serve you we have a second location in Verona were we will assist you in selecting top quality products from our numerous sources of materials such as stone, tile, cabinetry, trim molding, appliances, fixtures at huge discounts available to us from over 35 years of strong business relationships with our suppliers. I’m the son of a home builder and learned my craft at a young age. I enlisted in the armed forces at the age of 18, after my service I enrolled in a school of engineering and began my career as a contractor. I started as a residential roofing and siding co. and expanded into commercial roofing. As the time passed, I began expanding further into a total home remodeling co., which included masonry, painting, and operated a painting co. as work. For the past 25 years, I settled into a renovation specialist, building additions, remodeling kitchens and baths, basements, custom interiors, and cabinetry. I’m a proud father of two fantastic daughters, a pet lover, and enjoy art and music in my spare time. I’m passionate in my work and totally enjoy what I do.

Frank helped us design a new kitchen layout and whole first floor renovation, and his team worked hard to get the job done quickly and right. Our house has been transformed! We requested a few change orders along the way, and Frank made sure the job kept on schedule and everything was installed to our liking. He knows the best vendors in the area, so we were able to choose the best cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, and appliances. We highly recommend the CDG team for any home renovation project!

Frank and his team built us a new fireplace mantel with limestone inlay that we hand-selected. It looks elegant and modern but is fitting with the Colonial look of the home. I had a very specific look in mind and Frank brought us a whole box of moulding samples to choose from and provided us with guidance when we became overwhelmed by all the options. We will be hiring Frank and his team for other home projects.

I have been working with them since i bought my house 10 years ago. Recently they redid my bathroom and the kitchen. i am very happy and pleased with them. They got the work done in scheduled time. Frank is easy to get in touch with and responds to emails and messages pretty quickly. They did all the work themselves including plumbing and electrical. My kitchen looks amazing i gets lots of complements from my family and neighbors. Great job.!!!

After interviewing several contractors, I hired Creative Design Group for two projects: a complete remodel of the kitchen and to build a new powder room on the 2nd level of the home. I immediately felt comfortable with Frank's knowledge of his industry and his price was more than fair given the other proposals. The kitchen remodel included creating a 50 inch opening in a shared, load bearing wall between the kitchen and living room and removal of a non-load bearing partial wall separating the eat-in section from the cooking/appliance section (think 1950s style construction). The powder room was built in what was formerly a closet. Frank and his guys, Chris Danny and Cesar, are professional, knowledgeable, on time, and a pleasure to work with. They were on the job site day to day (except one) until completion. Every morning Frank would take as much time as needed to let us know what to expect that day and to review what was done the day before. Frank always had an answer and a solution to the inevitable issues which arise particularly when working in an older home. The project was completed August 21, 2019 so we have lived it for a while. I think it's best to give some time before writing a review. For the only issue (which was just a bad GFI outlet), Frank promply returned the next morning and solved the problem. There have been no issues with workmanship to date. For weeks after we joked that we missed Frank. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend Frank/Creative Design Group!

where do I start.... I've been using Creative Design group for the past 8 years for various projects in our home. When we first purchased our house, the inspector missed the fact the house had termites and termite damage. Frank saved the day when replacing the sill plates in our house that were damaged by termites. It wasn't an easy job, but you would never know we had termite damage, a wall literally torn down and the cill plates replaced. Thankfully he made our house safe to live in and helped solve a very stressful situation for a new home owner. Most recently, we had our bathroom completely gutted and re-designed. Creative Design did an awesome job and went above and beyond. From the little things to helping pick out tiles, the vanity top, new sink to being hands on during the entire process and making sure the work was done correctly! I literally don't trust anybody to work in our home as some contractors are shady, over priced and don't respect your personal living space. Frank is the complete opposite. Frank is always a pleasure to deal with and very reliable!!! He does not cut corners and does not sell you “stuff” you don’t need.

Frank and Co. did an excellent job remodeling our basement. Frank was hands on, and made sure the project was completed in a timely manner. He was easy to communicate with and solution oriented. If you are looking for someone you can rely on and get things done in a timely manner, then Frank is someone you will want to meet. Overall, the experience was great and we could not be happier with the look of our new basement!

My husband and I hired Frank and his team after having several contractors give us estimates on remodeling our basement/family room due to water damage from the summer's crazy storms. In addition to waterproofing inside and out, Frank was willing to work with us as we made changes along the way, including removing a wall & installing a support beam, thereby creating one large room and an enormous storage closet from the two original rooms.They also tiled & painted our laundry/half bathroom. Frank, Caesar, & Nestor worked full days, every day, and the end project is just beautiful!
