Ceus Roofing and Painting

Mr Jose Sanchez contacted me and came out to give me a bid on roof repairs. He took pictures and received all my contact information. I have never heard from him again. What a waste of my time. Plus I don't appreciate him taking pictures of my property and not intending to follow up. He promised me the bid within 48 hours of his visit and it's been over a week. I have tried contacting him with absolutely no response.

They put a new roof on our house, replaced all the fascia, and just recently patched up the hole in our kitchen ceiling. They were extremely professional, worked in a timely matter, and their work is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them and recommend them to everyone!

We were referred to CEUS roofing from a family member after getting numerous bids from other companies in the area. My brother had them do his roof first and painted, and it looked great. CEUS roofing came in with a very reasonable price to do a complete re-roof on our home that had old wood shake, and it was a mess. All I can say is Jose and Emmanuel run a great crew! They were scheduled to start on a Monday, but with rain in the forecast the following day, they got started early and got it tore off on a Friday, and worked all day Saturday and Sunday to make sure we were dried in before the rain came on Monday afternoon. Danny & Robert were hard working, friendly and very polite, and always showed up on time to get started. They cleaned up the site twice a day, so there was as little mess as possible, and made sure any nails or sharp objects were off the ground before leaving, knowing we had 3 little kids running around everywhere. Our roof looks fantastic, and we could not be any happier with the work and craftsmanship that CEUS provided us. I highly recommend that if you are looking for roofing, repairs, and painting, call CEUS first. You will be glad you did!

These guys are great! They painted my house quickly and in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and were good about getting the job done in one swoop rather than drag it out for weeks and weeks. The thing I like best is that they did a lot of minor repairs and handyman work. This made it super easy to get the paint job done because I didn't have to bring in an extra guy to do the repairs. Jose, Emmanual, and their team are experts. I highly recommend them!

We've used Ceus for both roofing and painting on a number of projects at a number of different properties. Of the probably 10 jobs they've done for us, there were two where some small things were missed - in both cases, they quickly came to resolve the miss after being alerted to it. On big jobs, there is *always* something that gets overlooked - how the Contractor handles that is the best sign of a contractor you want to work with. I really enjoyed working with Jose, he was honest and straight forward with everything. The team ran into a couple issues during the project but quickly resolved them. The estimate he gave me was also extremely reasonable. Highly recommended, don't pay for a new roof until you call Jose!

Ceus Roofing and Painting did such a good job on the original roofing project that we hired them back to then paint the rest of our house. They completely stripped down the old roof and replaced anything they saw that was damaged. Our house is decently large with two additions so they definitely put in a lot of work. Jose was very upfront and gave me a detailed invoice and stayed well within budget. The crew was very punctual, diligent, honest, and trustworthy. If I need anything else done on my house I will definitely be using this company again and I would highly recommend them.

Jose is easy to work and provides reliable bids that are very competitive. He arrives on time and works continuous days which is important. Clean up is always good and he is flexible with timing when I need a project done. He has completed two roofs for me (both rentals) and I plan to continue working with him.
