From working with the project managers Moe and Mark, templater Steve, and installers (unfortunately did not get their names) everyone was professional, helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for stone needs.

I couldn't have asked for better service; CGM truly delivered. The entire process, from selection to design, installation, and follow-up, was outstanding. Jordan was incredibly attentive and responsive, and kept the project on track from start to finish. A standout detail in the design was the matching of the backsplash with the countertop to preserve the stone's grain continuity. The pricing was fair, considering the extensive labor involved. I highly recommend Classic Granite to anyone in need of their services.

Working with Luca and her team was a very rewarding experience. She kept us in the loop and was making sure that we were satisfied. The workmanship was excellent. Teh fabricators matched up our pattern so well it was hard to see where the seams were. Kristen from Home Depot was also fantastic. Between Luca at Classic and Kristen at Home Depot we were made to feel comfortable and had all of our concerns satisfied. Our installers (led by Luis) were very, very good. They left the kitchen clean and were very careful to take care of our home.

From taking the template to install of the beautiful countertops, the associates were pleasant & Profesional. They arrived on time and finished promptly.

Classic Granite and Marble (CGM) helped us through the process of replacing our countertops and upgrading our kitchen. Andrew, Steve our templater, Christine, and the rest of the team there were very helpful and informative. They assisted us in understanding our options, which materials were available and the advantages and disadvantages of each. We choose granite as our best choice. CGM has a large number of selections available and was willing to walk us, literally, through their warehouse so we could look at and touch the options. They provided us with samples of those that we were interested in so that we could see what the stone looked like in our kitchen. The installers arrived on time and did a very professional job. We felt like we had time to review and ask questions and did not feel rushed in any of the process. The job was very well done and looks beautiful. They also installed the sink that we bought, it all looks so nice. I want to thank the crew at CGM for a great job. We are waiting for our tile installer to do the back splash and have some trim and painting to finish on our end, but the upgrade to our kitchen is wonderful. Thank you!

I ordered kitchen cabinets from Lowe's. This was a total disaster. Once they corrected all their mistakes, I ordered my countertops and backsplash. The designers were great at Classic Granite. They assisted at every step to ensure I would get what I wanted. Classic Granite was wonderful. They installed the countertop and backsplash very fast. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. It looks great. I love the look. I would highly recommend Classic Granite.

Christine Beam took the time to explain the whole process to ensure we were informed about our choices. Took our changes, for example, our new granite color pattern, without any issues. Very professional and customer oriented sales person. Installers also did a great job.

I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble; it's a wonderful company with which to work. I probably called Luca twice a day about my project, and he was always friendly and helpful. All the people I worked with were great. I am sure mine was a small project for them but they were always available and responsive. The resulting granite countertop surpassed my expectations. I have just had my countertops and backsplash installed by Classic Granite and Marble, I am beyond pleased. When my slabs arrived and I went to the factory to check them out, Mark was professional, personable and made me feel confident in my decision. Joseph, the template man, was great. He took his time and check and double checked and triple checked his dimensions before being satisfied. The installation crew were the best. They were careful and efficient and knew what to do. The whole process was flawless. I can now walk into my kitchen and see without having to turn on a light to see. It is so much brighter than the cave I had before. I will absolutely recommend CGM to anyone who needs new counters. I am very glad the Home Depot has aligned with them.

This is the second time that we have done business with Classic Granite & Marble. The first time was for countertops and this time was for a full wall backsplash. Our sales consultant (Andrew Boone) was professional and patient as we had a few revisions to our plan. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the product and the workmanship of the installers (Reynol Aguirre and Gerber Diaz). They were respectful, courteous and careful not to bump into any walls or doors as they brought the quartz slabs into the house. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We were contacted by Andrew to verify if we were satisfied with the project and we are. We appreciate a job well done and look forward to doing business with them again.

Classic Granite and Marble has been excellent to work with in our "startup" construction business. They have accommodated our hectic/chaotic schedule and even been able to move appointments around as we refine our process. Henry, Aylissa, and Christine are names that come to mind when I consider the great customer service I have received, but everyone there has been easy to work with so far. I think we have done almost a dozen kitchens with them at this point and will continue to do more. We even had a few small issues. Those were treated with respect and timeliness. Issues are unavoidable in this business and it matters not if/when they happen, but how they are handled. I would highly recommend CGM for your countertop and kitchen needs - both DIYs and construction. You will be wowed by their showroom/warehouse/HQ!! Truly incredible! You almost miss it when you drive by because it looks fancier than you would imagine such an outfit to be.

The tops were installed very professionally! We are very, very happy with the work they did! I’m especially impressed with the waterfall and the joint the smoothness of it. The way the pattern follows in the full height, backsplash as well as the waterfall. It’s beautiful!

I was given the name of Classic Granite & Marble from a manager at Home Depot. After spending many days at Home Depot they weren’t able to honor any of my bathroom design solutions. When I stopped in to view the many selections that CGM had, I immediately found what I was looking for. My design person Andrew Boone helped complete my sign and answer all my questions. I was amazed at how effortless the process was. I was also amazed at the price to do 3 bathrooms. Within 2 weeks the measurements were taken, the installers were prompt and the plumber arrived on time and all was done within 3 weeks. Our project with CGM went smoothly from start to finish. Our design consultant, Sarah, was great to work with and did a fine job of explaining expectations to us. Johnny built the templates and the finished countertops are perfect! Reynol and his partner installed the countertops in what I thought was record time. Mike came by the next day to complete the plumbing work as planned. I was impressed with how quickly our project was completed and how everyone I talked to at CGM was helpful and provide clear information.

JOB: Counter top replacement, faucet replacement in two bathrooms and reuse of faucets in one bathroom and under mount rectangle sink replacement in our three bathrooms Classic Granite and Marble just completed a job for my husband and myself today. The templator Shawn arrived in a timely manner on February 14, 2024 and was quick and efficient to measure our bathrooms so we could start this process. Though out the process, our design consultant Sarah was checking in with me, going over every detail and always responsive to my emails. CGM phoned Monday (2.26.24) at 7:00 AM to advise our installers would be at my house in 20-30 minutes and they were. They worked quickly and efficiently in and out doing what had to be done and cleaned up behind themselves before leaving. They were in and out in 2-hours and did a beautiful job. Our plumber Bubba phoned today (2.27.24) to advise he was on his way and arrived as he said he would. My husband was home today and Bubba answered any questions he had and also was very efficient and in and out. He cleaned up and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble!

Excellent experience and we love our new bathroom vanity top! Even though our project was smaller than most, Classic Granite & Marble was awesome from start to finish. They definitely know their inventory, respect the budget, listen to your needs and tastes and were spot on with project expectations. From beginning to end, Classic Granite and Marble was fabulous. Their showroom and inventory of granite, marble and quartz is the best. My project wasn’t the largest, new kitchen counter tops and bar in a townhouse. Everyone from initial consultation with Jennine to Duke doing laser measurements, to Marco advising when installer, plumbers would arrive to the work beginning done when scheduled, Took 3 weeks from beginning to completion.I was very pleased and would recommend CGM to anyone looking to renovate or update their home.

Classic Granite & Marble was great to work with. They answered my questions on the scope several times. They performed a clean and timely installation and they dealt with my last minute need to reschedule twice with no issue.

From the beginning of the project to the final install, we could not have been happier with Classic Granite. They have an extensive array of countertops. So many that we had a hard time narrowing it down from our final three selections, and each would have been perfect. Their communication was amazing and I was always in the loop as to what what happening next and when it would happen. They are also very quick from templating to final install. When the template was done, the technician was very clear on what needed to happen and explained everything. When the install happened, part of the counter needed to be cut again because our wall was so uneven. The guys did it on site and it fit like a glove! I had an experience a few years ago with another countertop company and was so disappointed with their work. They caused damage and then would not fix the damage. With Classic Granite, there was no damage on the install, everyone was professional and easy to work with, and I could not have expected anything better. 100% recommend!!!

I went into this project with a leap of faith. Today’s craftsmanship is not usually dependable. However…. CGM EXCEEDED my expectations on every level ! Communication was unbelievable, calls, texts, emails. Always in contact and ready to answer questions or troubleshoot ( which I didn’t have any troubleshooting ) . The measuring by Sean , who was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable was spot on! The crew of 3 who came to install Part 1, the counters and new sink, we had to have the plumbing done, (remember they just do the beautiful granite, marble, quartz work), they men were very kind, respectful, knowledgeable and fast! They cleaned their mess and removed their own trash. I did request them for the full wall splash in same product from bottom of cabinets to countertop. I did get the same installers ! CGM tries to accommodate continuity. A week later, after Sean came to measure again for wall, project completed! I just keep looking at it in awe!! I’m an extremely happy customer! I started with Hone Depot ordering what I wanted on December 6th and project finished January 11th. I did not require new cabinets or floors, maybe why things went so fast ♀️ Classic Granite and Marble are awesome !! Thank you all so very much!! I highly recommend y’all !

Classic Granite & Marble supplied and installed our new kitchen countertop for our renovation. From our first meeting with our Sales Specialist, Alexia R., and each step in between and until the final step of installation, our experience was positive. Alexia started by showing us many beautiful pieces of stone and answered our many questions. We decided on a beautiful piece of quartz which was difficult because there were many to choose from. Along the way, we had some questions and Alexia was always quick to answer us in a timely manner and always with professionalism. Our installation went well, led by our installer, Kerlyn. We would recommend Classic & Marble without hesitation.

Classic Granite has a great selection of stone slabs to choose from. Edward was very patient and kind in walking the warehouse with me, more than once as I pondered my choices. Then he used his expertise to guide me through the various details concerning edge profiles and radiuses, etc. They were also patient as my job experienced delay after delay. The templating process is interesting to watch for the brief time it took to laser measure my space. And I could tell the installers were very experienced as the pieces look seamless and the sink and stove top fit perfectly. I would call on Classic Granite and Marble again if I have a renovation needing stone countertops.

Shopping: Aylissa Gambill was highly professional and competent in helping us pick out the exact slab we sought. Despite some issues with fissures in the marble, we ended up with an entirely acceptable result. Installation: Adan Cardosa arrived and quickly determined he had a problematic situation. He consulted with CGM and came up with a creative solution, resulting in a beautiful and safe installation. Despite his own concerns about not breaking the main piece of marble, his problem-solving skills produced an excellent result!

Edward was great through the entire process. Every process and detail was explained to us. Installation time was as promised and done rather quickly. I am very pleased and satisfied was my countertops.

Dear Ms. Barber, Mr. Coraballo and his assistant removed old tops from my vanities and installed new granite tops and sinks in record time. The tops and sinks are lovely! So fresh! Andrew Boone has been extremely responsive when we called and required granite for our home projects%. From the initial consult, to the template to the installers, CGM team members have always been extremely personable and timely.

Classic Granite & Marble was the contractor for our kitchen countertop replacement. We had a number of home projects going on at the time, and of all the various contractors, Christine from Classic Granite & Marble was the best about keeping communication moving. We always knew the status of the job, what the next step was and when it would happen. There were some minor complications with the installation, but rather than keep us in the dark, Classic Granite told us the issue and proposed solution immediately. To me, the mark of a good contractor isn't that no issues arise, but the integrity with which the contractor handles those issues. Too many would prefer to hide complications from the homeowner or try to point fingers, but Classic Granite figured out a solution and worked with us to a successful resolution. I would absolutely use Classic Granite & Marble for a project like this in the future.

had kitchen counters redone with quartz, design went very smoothly, have lake and waterfalls on property so two edges we did a waterfall profile and looks amazing, continuous flow from kitchen to laundry room. Great selection and start to finish 2 weeks!, appliances took months!

Adan and Dennis were very professional and explained every detail. As I have cabinets from 1964 and covering them with Granite after removing Butcher Block was a challenge. The age of the cabinetry were altered and caused the Granite not to be level. They had to construct a shammy?? to help make the balance. They were so compassionate with their explanations. They did a great job making everything work excellent!! They really cared that they did their best to make me understand the problem and how it could be resolved. They made the experience very pleasant!! My contractor and plumber came through and said the guys did a fabulous job. Very level. The seams were put together the best they could. They cleaned and sealed the Granite!! Kudos to Adan and Dennis for making me feel Appreciated!! Thank you Classic Granite and Marble for having the best Staff!!! Luca was great also at the beginning and throughout the entire process!!! She knew how to explain the different styles of Granite and Quartz that helped me make a perfect final decision! Nichole accepted my sink for clearance and made sure it got to the correct location!! Grace normally helps Home Depot, yet she was on vacation so I missed her!!! Fantastic experience from start to finish! We worked with Christine throughout the process and she was great at answering all of our questions and following up when she had to consult others for the answers. Our template was done by Brandon who was also great at answering questions and very precise in his measurements! Before installation day we went to the gorgeous showroom/warehouse and we’re so glad we did! We were feeling a bit hesitant about the original quartz we had picked out so Christine showed us some other options and thanks to her recommendations and expertise, we found 3 good contenders and ultimately landed on one that we loved. When it came to installation day, the installation crew was friendly, professional, skilled and proficient. They had to cut our sink on site to make it work and they ended up completing the install in only an hour! We were amazed at how quick yet thorough they were - including cleaning up when they were done! We are beyond happy with how the countertop turned out! To round out the wonderful experience, Christine checked in after install to ensure everything went well. We highly recommend CGM for any project you may have!

Great experience with CGM from start to finish on replacing my bathroom countertop. Design consultant, Andrew Boone, was knowledgable and patient while working within my budget to find a wonderful quartz to update my bathroom! The templator, Troy, expeditiously & accurately measured for the countertop with fun conversation. The installers worked carefully and neatly finished off all required caulking. Overall, very pleased!

We could not have had a better experience! Truly amazing customer service and attention to detail, not to mention absolutely stunning stone! We searched extensively in the Richmond area for a special slab of marble at the right price and struck out many times. The wholesalers were far too expensive and most fabricators did not have a good selection or had poor customer service. Several places we went to I had to beg for someone to give me a quote and at least twice I simply never heard back from someone after they took the time to meet with me. I was hesitant to look at CGM based on the distance from our house. Andrew at CGM reached out and right away helped us to narrow in on selections based on our price range and navigating the online inventory provided ease and transparency. We met with Andrew with a long list of favorites and he patiently showed us every single one. Andrew’s steady communication with us throughout the process was amazing! Several times I sent an email to him and just minutes later he called me to answer my questions, even if he was driving or it was after work hours. He truly listened to what we wanted and helped us to find our dream slab in our price range. From there, it was quick and seamless. Andrew continued to communicate with us throughout the process to give updates about appointments or to get feedback after. Shawn templated our space and Alandre and his install team did an amazing job and they were able to install everything with minimal gaps for a flawless look. We could not be happier. Andrew Boone, the Outside Sales Consultant and project manager executed with high quality and excellence. He coordinated and scheduled the template measurement team which included Brandon and Duke who both provided excellent advice on how the install would happen. The installation team led by Giovanni was outstanding. Giovanni insure our granite was handle with white glove care while placing the countertops in the proper position. Gus was the plumber who completed the final installation of the faucet and garbage disposal. Gus executed over and above by texting me the day before installation to ensure all materials was onsite prior to his arrival. I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble. We are very satisfied from beginning to end of the installation.

He thoroughly explained the process, though we did not understand that the installation might occur after regular working hours at 7pm. This is the first time we have ordered countertops for our kitchen and we were very unsure. The sample we picked out did not look like the slab and thanks to wonderful young lady, by the name of Grace Britton, who text us, telling us that we might want to come look at this. So glad we did. We hated it and Grace quickly directed us to what she thought our taste were. It was perfect. Day of the installation. Three guys showed up from CMG they were very focused and mission driven. The service at CGM was the best part of my kitchen renovation. They checked in on the process to see if we were ready for the countertops, followed up, scheduled a time for us to meet to look at the countertop selection (which I changed after looking at the whole piece) and scheduled the measurement and the installation in a timely fashion. They also responded to every request the same day and called the day after to see how the countertops are. I only wish the rest of the process had gone as smoothly.

Our bathroom vanity countertop project came out beautifully. Our design consultant, Andrew, was a huge assistance. Andrew was very professional and patient with us. He made great recommendations that fit our budget. We did not feel pressured to upgrade to material that was outside of our budget. The installers worked very diligently and quickly. They were very careful in not damaging the material, during installation. Overall, we are happy about the project results. Thank you Classic Granite!

CGM did a fantastic job, from the start of my diy renovation they have stayed in communication with us. Great showroom, product selections, and customer service. I have used them on four projects this year and each has exceeded expectations.

Do not EVER hire Classic Granite and Marble to do any work on your home. They cut our granite in a 1/2”-3/4” difference in our granite on each side of our stove and they offered us 160 back or a piece of wood that sits on top of our new (screwed up) counter tops. Pretty pathetic that a small business is not willing to repair THEIR screw up. They also did not install our sink properly so we have an 1/8”-1/4” gap on the rear as they tried to hold a drop in sink with a small bead of caulk around the outside of the sink instead of using the proper mounting clips and refuse to fix that as well. So if you want granite countertops that are actually done right I do not recommend going to classic as clearly they aren’t very good at their job!

Finally I've beautiful granite countertops! Making major purchase/upgrade always stressful but thankfully my case with Classic Granite & Marble was smooth & professional from start to end. Everything went seamlessly! Kelly was wonderful with prompt quotes/modification/ scheduling. Am happy I choose Classic Granit & Marble! And shout out to installers: Tomas & Christian, who was quick & did excellent job!

What a nightmare. Large stains on each of the seams on our honed granite (the installers said that the stains would "go away") The entire island slab was installed crooked and not even cut squarely. Gobs of adhesive all over the counter. The long run of counter was not the correct length making the stove off center. Our cast iron sink which weighs 120lbs was given no support, just some half screwed in clips. Globs of silicone all over the edges of the sink. Chips in the edge, chips in the backsplash "filled" with black material that does not match and is pealing off. We were not shown how to seal it despite what the website says. We went around and around for 2 months and multiple, multiple visits of people half "fixing" things. The island had to be taken back and cut correctly. WE had to teach the company how to support the sink. Our house has been on hold and now we have to pay another company to come fix the counters the correct way. For the outrageous amount of money we spent I would expect better workmanship and customer service. Don't bother unless you want to have to handhold this company and spend extra money and your time to fix their problems. We only wish we had put the entire purchase on credit card so we could dispute more than we did.

The entire process exceeded our expectations! We initiated the process through Home Depot and was contacted by Alyssa who represented the project throughout. With a visit from Sean who did all the laser measuring the process continued until out countertop was delivered and installed in one day. The installers were professional and knew their job, they even took time to explain certain things to me the homeowner. The job turned out great and at a significant saving over other area service providers I would use them again without hesitation.

From material selection to installation and cleanup, this counter and tile installation was outstanding. We were able to select our countertop material from actual slabs. The entire process of selecting materials for sink, faucet, and tile was great. The work was completed as planned and cleanup was detailed. I highly recommend CGM for any renovation.

My wife and I are very happy with the quartz countertops purchased at Classic Granite (CG). We bought countertops for two bathroom vanities, a wet bar and the kitchen. Precious Coles was our initial contact with CG. We met her at a demonstration kiosk at Costco. She was knowledgeable and very effective getting our attention and furthering our interest. Andrew Boone, our point for sale contact, was very accommodating with our schedule. He demonstrated a considerable amount of patience as we went back and forth looking at the different designs. Stephen Moore, CG templator, arrived on time, quickly took measurements resulting in a perfect fit during installation. Alfredo’s team was professional, timely, and provided an excellent job installing the numerous countertops for our project.

CGM was awesome from start to finish and would highly recommend! While we got connected with them via purchasing our countertops through Home Depot, without doubt any countertop needs we have in the future we would just go directly to them. Our kitchen design necessitated an incredibly high level of craftsmanship to look great and they nailed it. From our PM (Grace), to our templater, to our install crew, everyone was both highly responsive and incredibly friendly/courteous. Really can't praise them enough for the whole experience of working with them.

We visited Classic Granite and Marble (CGM) several times over the course of our kitchen project (due to appliance and cabinet manufacturer delays, we had extra time to shop). Initially, we were just getting an idea of our options in kitchen counter materials and looking at selections of colors and patterns. Since time was on our side, we also visited several other granite showrooms in our quest for the perfect slab. However, each time, we came back to CGM due to their selection, professionalism, and price. Kelly Rodriguez eagerly met us each time we visited the showroom. At the beginning/conception stage of our project, she kept detailed notes on our likes and dislikes as she showed us the various materials and patterns. When it was finally time to make our selection, Kelly was able to help us hone in on our likes and wants and found us the perfect slabs. Kelly coordinated with our cabinet designer to collect the schematics of our plan and ensure our counters were measured and cut to perfection. Kelly also organized all the moving parts of our install. The process was almost too easy. The counters are absolutely perfect. We could not be happier with CGM's professionalism, price, quality, and service. We highly recommend Classic Granite & Marble to anyone in the market for quality stones at affordable prices topped with impeccable service.

Working with the folks at CGM was so easy! The office staff was so professional and friendly, and the installers did a great job installing my new countertops! I'd recommend them to anyone!

CGM has great material products and salespeople. What they do not have is are good installers and customer service. I contracted to have three bathroom countertops replaced. After the installers had left I saw some of the back splashes had been cut too short, the countertops were not centered, the caulking was not completely filling the cracks and the drywall had been torn in several places. I contacted CGM and played phone tag for several days to find someone to talk to. I was told to send pictures of my concerns. They agreed to recut new splash pieces and install them again. The second install was a little better. The backsplashes were cut better but the caulking was still not great. The drywall paper surface had been sliced and left a gap beside the backsplash. It is my responsibility to repair and finish this. I do not feel the installers are very experienced or professional. The end result is not what I expected. I would have liked for a customer service person to come to the hose to see and discuss my concerns. I cannot recommend CGM based on my experience.

The kind girl(s) I emailed back and forth with were patient in my requests for pics of various slabs until I could settle on one. They checked in several times before making cuts to ensure we were all on the same page. The installers did a great job! I’m very happy with our new countertops!

Can you give 10 stars? This is my second project with Classic Granite and Kelly and the entire group were fabulous. The whole process could not have been easier from selection to install. Truly they deliver on what they promise.

After careful consideration we chose Classic Granite & Marble to install our quartz countertops, under mount stainless steel sink and Kohler faucet. I am happy to say that we are completely satisfied. The two installers (Alfredo & Helder) were professional and courteous. I was not at home but I was able to communicate and watch the installation process via my Ring camera. The (CADCAM) measuring and cutting of the quartz was exact and we don't have any gaps between the countertop, stove and refrigerator. There is one seam which is located at the midway point of the sink that is hardly noticeable. The other side is which includes the backsplash is hidden by the touchless faucet (which looks like a work of art). Last but certainly not least, our salesman (Andrew Boone) arrived at our home and he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He addressed our concerns and searched the internet for pictures of kitchens that showcased our countertop selection (Pietra). Andrew took preliminary measurements in order to give us the cost for our project. However, he did inform us that the cost might change if the final measurements indicated that we would need more quartz. Immediately, I thought that this was their way of getting more money out of us but that did not happen. Finally, we are very happy with our experience and we highly recommend them. Brian & Sabrina

We are in the process doing built in cabinets/shelving in our home office. Classic Granite was great to work with for our countertop option. Buddy Hiatt was our Sales Manager and he made the process very easy and enjoyable. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he took us to the remnant pieces to show us all of the options. They have so many options to choose from, but Buddy did a great job of helping us narrow things down. The cost seemed too good to be true, but was right in our budget and we moved forward with the project. My only complaint was on the day of install as they were unable to give any sort of "delivery window." I had to take the day off work and be available all day long, however they didn't show up until 6:15 in the evening. It would be nice if they could at least give a 2-4 hour window and communicate better on the day of the project to minimize time off work. All in all, we are very impressed with Classic Granite from the selection process to the final product. We look forward to showing off our new quartz!

We were very pleased with CGM right from the start. Katie was exceptional. We only needed a couple of remnants for this basement project. She took the time to show us slabs to get an idea of colors and researched the colors of remnants available. The timeline was fast and the quality of the install and sink cutouts were spot on. Katie followed up to be sure we were satisfied with everything. We highly recommend them and Katie. Too bad they weren’t around when we built our house years ago. The company who did our kitchen did a terrible job. CGM will be doing our kitchen in the near future.

We had new countertops installed when we remodeled our kitchen only 6 years ago. They were installed by another company and we were never happy with them. The seams were not even and when this company attempted to repair, they sanded down the protective layer on our quartz countertops ruining them. We heard great things about Classic Granite and Marble and they did not disappoint! We had a good idea of what we wanted, but our design consultant, Lauren, came to our home and guided us in another direction, taking into account the color of our hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets. We could not be more pleased withe the result! The countertops are beautiful and they were expertly installed. I had to look hard to find the seams and the installation crew was professional and left our kitchen and bar spotless. We have received many compliments on our countertops and have recommended Classic Granite & Marble to them. We received a follow up calls and emails from account manager, Kelly Rodriguez to ensure our satisfaction. She was amazing at answering our questions and making sure everything was perfect and that we were 100% satisfied. We are planning a bathroom remodel in the next six months and will definitely be using Classic Granite & Marble. 100% satisfaction!

From beginning with Home Depot and working with Kristen, to working with Kevin, our carpenter (recommended by Kristen) and to CGM the whole process from beginning to end was smooth and had wonderful results!!! We had CG&M remove three old and install three new sets of granite counters, sinks and faucets for a bar area and two bathrooms in a second home/ condo about 1 1/2 hours away. Kelly Rodriguez was our design or sales’ consultant, did a great job, and she was very easy to communicate with. We believe we got a very decent/ reasonable price. The installers obviously knew what they were doing. The plumber seemed excellent. We are very pleased with the new results. There were a couple of hiccups with the installation process, but that was primarily attributable to having to use a non-stock bar sink (because of the smaller depth of our car counter) which had to be ordered but the location being so far out of time. They worked quickly to resolve and issues, and even the owner was responsive. There was less construction damage than we have experienced in prior replacements. We would recommend them.

I am so happy with the "look" of my kitchen. Jev, Aylsa and team answered all the questions I had before the job started. The workers were neat and cleaned up behind themselves. They made sure that I was pleased with the job.

I needed to replace a counter and went with Classic Granite in Midlothian. They were great to deal with and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole project was handled professionally and efficiently from the measurement to the installation. They have a great team that seamlessly handles all the details. Their laser measurement and CAD technology makes sure that the final product fits including all the plumbing connections. I contracted with Andy at Classic Granite and Marble to install granite in my kitchen and marble in my bathroom. I expected them to show me small samples of their stone but WOW Brittney took me into the warehouse and out into the yard to pick the exact slabs they would be using. Her expertise in the granites and marbles was amazing, she knew every slab by name and the cost of each off the top of her head. I picked the specific slabs I wanted and Brittney suggested that the vein running through the slab would be best on the island in my kitchen and she was absolutely correct. The day came when the granite and marble were to be installed, being me I am always afraid something would go wrong. Gio and his co-worker came in, looked things over and started their installation. They carried in each piece and set them in place, taking extra time to make sure that every piece was level and checking that they were fitted exactly in line by using a razor blade across the line where they were fitted and adjusting until they were perfect. I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble for all your countertop needs.

Kelly Rodriguez was our project manager for our complete kitchen remodel assisting us with selection. We were so pleased with her experience, knowledge and sincere attitude, we returned to select a fireplace surround and hearth. Kelly with Classic Granite and Marble heard us! We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

Took a month to complete the countertops in our kitchen. I will never recommend this company. Four separate occasions of wrong measurements, followed by “oh we measured wrong, this price doesn’t fit, we’re going to have to come back.” Add another week to the install when don’t you. Then they installed chipped granite and never responded to calls or voicemails. Home depo need to get another contractor. This was unacceptable. Beyond disappointing.

Classic Granite and Marble provided exactly the countertops we needed. They are beautiful and they fit our budget. Our salesman, Buddy, was professional and very easy to deal with. He showed us all of the options available to us and was very patient while we decided on a style. Even after we changed our mind he was very accommodating to our decision. When the countertop was delivered, Roberto and his helper carefully installed it and kept me updated throughout the process. I can't say enough about how professional, helpful and thorough the staff and contractors were during our kitchen reno project. It wasn't a large job - just replacing counter tops and backsplash and lowering a raised counter, but they did a super job for us. I would recommend them without hesitation!

We purchased our countertops in September 2021 but it was after December before we were satisfied with the work. The install crew did a poor job and left the surface rough and not shiny. Although we had a template before they began the install folks did not make the appropriate number of holes in the countertops to accompany the faucets. These sinks and faucets were purchased and available before the work began and the person had the ability to view upon making the template. After consulting with the business the install people made the holes. Then I had to schedule someone to come back and fix my countertops. Several visits were made in getting thing right and it wasn’t until January 2022 things got completed to satisfaction. All these times someone had to be home so that created a hardship since everyone works. The quality of work after the initial install was good but getting the folks there to do the work was a problem. Our salesman. Sam Barker, was wonderful as he did the best that he could although he wasn’t the person doing the work. He always talked, txt, and emailed me. I felt it was unfair that we had to pay the total price up front although it took months to be completed. The hassle and time lost from work while trying to get people back for repairs in my opinion was not worth it. Best of luck to everyone else. Barbara Reyes

Sarah made sure I never felt rushed or pressured to select my counter tops, and Whit went above and beyond to work with my schedule during a challenging time period (pandemic, moving, and the holidays) Plus we had an added curveball of needing to level the surfaces out before the install could move forward. We visited numerous showrooms in Harrisonburg, Charlottesville and Richmond, Virginia. Classic Granite and Marble in Midlothian, VA had by far the largest selection of full sized slabs of Granite, Marble and Quartz. They had several slabs of the unique Quartz that we wanted for our kitchen counter top. Buddy Hiatt was knowledgeable, experienced and courteous as our Sales Rep. The quartz cost was considerably lower than that of all the other quotes. We were very satisfied with the process, and I have recommended Classic Granite and Marble to friends. On our project, we removed the wooden window sill and replaced it with Quartz that matched the counter top. It adds a unique look to the kitchen.

Buddy, the project manager kept in close contact with us and kept us informed of any changes to the schedule. Both the countertops installers and the tiler did a fabulous job. It is nice to see people take pride in their work! I would highly recommend CGM!

I was really impressed with everyone in the process. The Project Manager was Heather, who insured that everything ran smooth without any issues. Brandon came out and measured the kitchen and identified a light switch and plug that needed to be repositioned on the wall. Luis came in and did an excellent job installing the new stone. The new sink, faucet, and cooktop were a perfect fit. The area was cleaned very well when the job was finished. All the work was done in a courteous and professional manner by everyone involved in this process. I would definitely recommend this company.
