Wow! I've experienced companies with poor customer service in the past, but Clayton Gray Home really takes the cake. After informing them promptly of a defect on a side table I purchased from them last year (in fairness, I didn't notice it until substantially later than their 14 day return policy), they 1) ignored my email and only responded after I left an unfavorable comment/review on Facebook; 2) continued to delay, attempting to foist the responsibility on the manufacturer; 3) responded with confounding messages that completely ignored the detailed information I provided (see photos); and 4) ultimately, refused to resolve the matter. If you like working with companies will taking your money with no questions asked, but refuse to stand behind the products they sell, then you've hit the jackpot with Clayton Gray Home. If, on the other hand, you prefer to deal with companies with integrity and accountability, then BUYER BEWARE!

Unparalleled customer service. I ordered a light fixture and upon receiving the order, Clayton Gray Home contacted me immediately to inform me that it was out of stock and not expected for 3 months. They offered a floor model at a discount and sent me pictures. I agreed and it was shipped extremely quickly. It is so nice to see this type of personal customer service.

I have been following CGH for a few years. So when I was updating my daughter's room earlier this year- I found the perfect bedside tables and ordered fabric through them to recover a sofa chair & ottoman! My daughter's room turned out very chic and comfortable. So I ordered 2 'cigar' side tables to update my older daughter's room and a guest room.Their sales people are very helpful with design advice and even ordered more fabric samples for me.

I have worked with Clayton Gray Home on several projects over many, many years. Wendy and her team always have great ideas and have helped to make my house a home over the last few years. CGH has helped with my home office, family room (twice), media room and daughters room. My favorite piece is definitely the 1960s inspired bubble chair that we purchased for my daughters room. I love the Tampa storefront also. CGH has fabulous items for the home and also amazing gift items.
