I was not able to hire this company. Rich came to My door to look at my job. In mid conversation he asked me to provide him with a $100 check he had required to do The estimate before he would continue. I have him the check. He looked at the job. And disappeared from the face of the earth never furnishing me with an estimate. However he did cash my check. I made repeated attempts to contact him. No response.

Richard and the CraftPro team have performed several projects for my family. Over the last 3 years they've painted almost the entire interior of my home and performed painting and drywall work at my sister's as well. Richard's level of commitment to quality craftsmanship is outstanding, and his team is just as dedicated. More than that, he is extremely professional and friendly, always willing to help and always going out of his way to make sure we're happy. The best part is that you always talk to Richard, the founding owner. There are no project managers or estimators. He takes a genuine interest in helping us every time we call him. Bill and I recently moved to Mendham, NJ. We contacted Rich and Mike about painting multiple rooms in the home we just bought. Rich responded immediately, came to the house for his consult/review and provided a quote immediately. We hired them and they were able to start within a few days. Some of the walls needed repairs following the removal of items left by the previous owner, such as curtain rods, wall paper (which destroyed the plaster), 8"x5" speakers located in the middle of walls, and misc. nail holes. Needless to say, it was a mess! Rich and Mike responded to the challenge. Both men are professional, courteous, prompt and extremely knowledgeable about their profession and work products. They did such a fabulous job during their initial few days, that we expanded the scope of work to include our basement! At the end of the day, Rich and Mike provide a clean up the work area so well, you almost forget work is still in process. Each evening we would receive a detailed summary of work performed that day. Their personalities and work ethic are so professional, we will be using their services again in the Spring to give this home an exterior facelift; I cannot wait. Thank you two for all the hard work; we look forward to seeing you in the Spring of 2016!!
