We hired Dan and team for a remodel of our basement with installation of a bathroom, and remodel of two upstairs bathrooms. Our basement remodel had a few challenges with meeting deadlines but Dan and team were responsive and worked through it with us. Our bathroom remodels went off without a hitch and we were very please with the efficient quality work. Our jobs were completed on budget and we would hire he and his team for future work.

Dan and his team did a great job from helping us design the project, to picking materials and executing on the work. Their team was professional and respectful of our home throughout. Dan was quick to respond as the inevitable challenge came up and left us with a great finished product.

Dan and his team did an excellent job executing on our vision for a home remodel. I especially appreciated how responsive they were. Especially in contrast to other contractors, Dan was quick to return calls, texts, and emails. I also appreciated the time they took to think through challenges that came up along the way (e.g. unexpected plumbing in a wall we wanted to remove) and come up with solutions that didn't change our budget.

After having several terrible contractor experiences trying to correct some major defects in our master bathroom, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to work with Creative Residential. Owner Dan Diaz was hands-on with us throughout the entire process, and always kept the lines of communication open. Their on site crews were always punctual, polite, and mindful of the fact that we still had to live in our house during the renovation. The final product is exactly what we expected, and ongoing support with any issues was just as reliable as their initial work.

We hired Dan and his crew to completely remodel our master bath. Dan was extremely helpful and confident and his crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They all did a great job and our bathroom looks amazing. Would definitely refer and/or use them again.

I've used this company several time starting with small jobs and moving to progressively larger jobs. I've always been pleased until the 4th job which was to remodel a kitchen plus some needed repairs and painting. Before starting the job, I got a quote for part of the work but I notified my contractor there would be additional work beyond the work described in the quote. I let him know he should adjust the price for the additional work. I made a list of all the items I wanted completed and emailed the list to him weekly with some items marked as completed and some items that were still left to do. During the course of the work, I added some additional tiling. My contractor also hung a mirror and vanity light at no additional charge. But when it came to painting, he left without doing any of the work we had discussed. Instead, he brought in his dad to do that work. His dad did some good work painting wall but was inexperienced an un-will to try painting cabinets. Eventually, he left without doing the job my contractor said he could do. He also did considerable damage to my new hardwood floors with his ladders and by moving the refrigerator over the new floors. I spoke to my contractor about my disappointment that his dad was leaving without finishing the job and the damage he had done but my contractor refused to get involved and told me to take it up with his dad. After being put in the middle of this family quarrel with each side pointing at the other, I will not use Creative Residential again.
