Unfortunately, a recent survey done on our property has just resulted in our buyers, who were very keen to purchase our property, pulling out of the purchase. The survey significantly undervalued our property compared to other properties with less land and potential to extend and in worse condition on the street, that have recently sold. It has shown that a lack of research has been done by this surveyor into the value of properties on our street. Avoid this company.
