Dave Chase is the consummate professional; you give him a blank canvas and you will be amazed with the ideas and thought process that will be displayed in his architectural designs. He created a dream beach house for us and we are in awe with him and the builder how they listened and gave us what we were not able to properly articulate. Very artful.

I've worked with DW Chase for almost 20 years, and I consider him a cornerstone of my success. No matter what how big or small the project, Dave has jumped right in and added his vast knowledge and experience to the effort. He's a master of thinking outside the norm to find solutions. Some of the toughest protects we did were "affordable homes" that he designed for my company. Every square inch matters in a small home, and Ole DW really hit it out of the park. He disigned several different versions of homes that were very charasmatic and pleasing to the eye while simultaneously remaining totally functional and practical. He's really awesome. Mickey

He listens, truly cares, and has the background in several architectural styles to create whatever you have in mind, including helping you envision what you may not realize you have in mind! He is also attentive to deadlines as well as a budget. We are currently building an oceanfront home (sorry no pics yet!). We owe much to Dave's innovative ideas and perseverance in designing a unique and thrilling future family sanctuary that fully captures our dream of life 'by the sea'.

DW Chase is working diligently in bringing our ideas to life for our forever home. Dave has an excellent eye for detail, throughly thinks each room/space through and is beyond patient. Dave makes the time to listen to every concern you have as his client and works to come up with a solution for the plans. The 3D renderings are amazing to see and helps put the entire plan in perspective. Dave works at the pace you need. If you wanted it yesterday, he can have it instantly and if you would like to let the plans marinate, he is patient. Designing/building a home is a major undertaking for any relationship and I am so glad we have DW by our side!

Dave or David, Chase is truly a customer centered architect. He patiently listened to our vision and then asked some insightful questions for clarification purposes. He treated us respectfully and didn't speak down to us. He then produced a set of plans that when executed produced an addition that captured our vision. I recommend him to any couples interested in completing an large addition to their house.
