Sunspace by Deck and Shade Solutions was founded in 2003 by brothers Jim and John Sachs. We have over 50 years of combined experience specializing in sunrooms, screen rooms, decks, patio covers, and shade systems. In February 2019 Dylan Sachs, John's son joined the company and brings computer design experience that is vital in today’s fast-changing world. We are unique in that we always have one of the company owners on the installation job site to oversee the project and make sure that the installation meets our strict quality standards. We feel that communication with our clients throughout the process of a project is critical to achieving our (and your) goal. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We will provide a quality product at a fair price in a timely manner. Our manufacturer Sunspace Modular has been in business for more than 25 years. It boasts years of customer satisfaction and proven products.
