They surveyed the building, provided architectural drawings, submitted a change of use planning application, interior design and provided construction drawings. Their service was excellent, managing the entire process from start to finish. They also assisted with project management and liaising with suppliers and deliveries. It was beneficial to work with a single, local company. DOMENECH DESIGN LTD was available on short notice whenever we needed them on-site. I needed construction drawings for my rear extension which had just been pasted planning with another architectural company, unfortunately, this company didn't provide construction drawings. After phoning many companies and asking their fees I decided the best way forward and the cheapest was to use DDL, they provide architectural, structural and party wall services at competitive rates.Really positive experience and would definitely recommend.
