Robin was so helpful in advising me- even when I said that we were getting prices from another vendor. We eventually chose him and couldn't be happier. He and his crew were personable, professional and able. He worked with us on a custom color and we were extremely happy with the results. Everyone who sees our basement space is impressed. We couldn't be more pleased!

I was having a lot of work being done on my house working with a number of contractors. Robin and his company was the best experience I had with contractors. His crew was friendly and extremely efficient. Showed up to do the work right on time. Finished right on time. No hassles at all. Price of the job was very reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with the job done on my garage floor by Elite Concrete Systems. I was presented with samples showing a swirling blower effect and was very interested in incorporating that on my floor. I was told that the specific color mix would be hard to predict, but not that the blower effect might not work at all. When Robin was in the middle of pouring my floor, he abruptly informed me that the blower treatment wasn't going to work and he completed the floor without using it. My floor is OK, but it certainly isn't the great looking result that I was expecting and paid for.

After twenty five consecutive 'five star' reviews we now have a 'one star' unhappy client.

This is particularly disappointing partly because Mr and Mrs Thomas were delightful to deal with and also because I thought I had clearly pointed out the challenges posed by both the floor condition and unpredictable characteristics of the materials.

The fact that clients have the ability to review our work completely independently adds credibility to the review process.

Elite Concrete Systems finished our basement and garage floors. Robin and his staff were great. I was somewhat undecided on the metallic epoxy color for our basement and Robin was very patient and helpful with samples and ultimately guided us to a charcoal pearl floor which looks awesome in our space! We would totally recommend Robin and Elite Concrete Systems.

They showed up when they said they were going to and the job was done in the amount of time they told us it would be. High quality job, they obviously care greatly in the work that they do and it shows. Doing the garage floor was a multi step process and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. The final product is truly incredible!

We are thrilled with our glass fencing both indoors and out. By far the most elegant way to babyproof our pool and upstairs hallway areas. The service and attention to detail from start to finish was outstanding. I wish every contractor cared as much about their work and are as friendly as Robin and his team.

They did a great job executing the final steps and even helped to advise the group that did our concrete pour. Would suggest them even for the modest size job they did for us....we really wanted an alternative to wood floors in the extension we did to our bungalow in Black Rock section of Bridgeport.

We hired Elite Concrete Systems to paint a very rough plain concrete floor in an industrial style retail space. Robin and his team completed the project in a timely fashion. We were under serious time constraints and they pulled out all the stops to get the job done. The floor is spectacular! Not a day goes by without a customer commenting on it. Well done!
