Our company name FILO is an acronym for First In, Last Out. After many years of working in Real Estate, our company founder and CEO, Ryan McNeil decided to open FILO because he saw a need for a firm that brought the homebuyer/seller from the decision to purchase/sell their home to the completion of the transaction.
