We just had Ignacio reupholster a chair and ottoman. He was exceptional in every way! His professionalism, customer care, work ethic and product were of the highest quality. I know we will use him for any future needs, including construction of new pieces.

Ignacio, owner of Fine Touch Upholstery was fabulous!!!!! I had 6 old dining room chairs and wanted 8 with new end chairs custom made for the host and hostess. He not only beautifully covered the 6 with perfect tufting, he custom made the 2 new ones and covered those. He brought them over to my home (one of the side chairs and one of the end chairs) and asked me if I liked them so far during the process which was very kind and I appreciated that. He also put new foam in one of my couch cushions and took a recliner to his shop to tighten the springs. I would highly recommend Ignacio to anyone looking for custom furniture or reupholstery!! He checks every detail and does gorgeous high-end work!

Ignacio came shortly after I called him to come out and give me a quote. His prices were more than fair. 10 days later my chairs were returned and look beautiful. We wanted someone to upholster a set of 8 dining room chairs that my husband made and a neighbor recommended Ignacio. He came out to see the project and discuss what we were looking for. We wanted leather, so he found some samples and brought them back. Once we had decided which one we wanted, he gave us a cost estimate and took the chair bottoms with him. Within a week, he called to say they were finished and when he delivered them, we were thrilled! The seat cushions are expertly made to last decades, and they look beautiful on our chairs! Ignacio was friendly and professional, and he said, "If you don't like my work, I'll take them back and redo them until I get them to look the way you want." Well, there was no need for that. They were perfect the first time and we are excited to have them! We will use him for future upholstery needs and highly recommend his services!

I was redecorating my family room and needed someone to reupholster a chair to match the pillows on the new sectional. The chair had 441 nail heads and everyone wanted an arm and a leg to do the job. I saw Fine Touch on Houzz and was impressed with the pictures and reviews so decided to send them a note. Ignacio was not scared off by the nail heads and quoted me a very fair price. I took the chair to him 10 days ago fully expecting to wait a few weeks but to my surprise, he had it done in a week and it's beautiful! He did an amazing job and was very professional. I have been raving about his work to all my friends and will definitely pass his contact information on to my designer. If you need work done, Fine Touch is where you want to go.
