Placed an order, paid and been three weeks later, no product recieved. Been calling the company many times and no answer. Brianna, the sales agent refuse to follow up. Due to FlooringInc our company (hotel) renovation is delayed and with a revenue (room) loss exceeding $14K I have sent many email, called but just no response. Now started a charge back.

2 months to get 20 sq yards of carpet. This is just crazy. Don't give delivery date that can't be met.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the ribbed carpet and they sent me garbage that was like paper. Then I had to pay the return shipping for this. I have ordered from them before so obviously they could care less. Do not deal with this company if you value your money.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I waited 2 months to receive an item I ordered from flooringinc. Then the carrier lost the item 3 times!!!!! You can not even make this up. They found the item, then lost it, them found it and lost - 3 times!!! I've been dealing with them for weeks and they keep telling me they are waiting for a resolution. Waiting to find out an answer. Waiting to get back to me....so and so on. Truly HORRIBLE customer service.

When I was looking for some gym flooring I found exactly what I was looking for at flooringinc. I appreciated the helpful customer service as I had questions about the different rubber thicknesses and what would be best for my application. Flooringinc had the best prices and the order arrived as scheduled. The installation was easy just like their website shows. Commented: Are these tiles able to be used with Adjustable Pedestals?Good Morning, I am not too familiar with adjustable pedestals but based on the ones I looked up I do not believe these would work with that. The surface would need to be smooth and flat.
