Flynn Designs

We wanted a New Orleans styled home, was told it was not in our price range and was given a single design we could afford. With some modifications we accepted this was the best we could do and we’re no longer excited about our new home. We settled. After giving them a deposit and two meetings, we waited on the changes to be made. After 3 months of waiting as we don’t know their turnaround time, we called. They said the didn’t think we were interested anymore, like I don’t expect anything for the deposit money I paid. We finished the plans months later after the interest rate rose and now we can’t find anyone to build the design for our price. Every builder mentioned the foundation to be the bulk of the cost. We have found another designer to look at their plans and discovered the foundation was overkill and the framing design would have caused issues had we started to build. I’m out thousands for useless papers. Now even more because I have to pay someone to fix their mistakes.
