So disappointing. I purchased four bar stools that ended up being so uncomfortable, we couldn't keep them. Because of that reason, I was responsible for the return shipping...which was expensive! I will not be returning to Furniture Import & Export and recommend you think before you purchase!

Horrible - was going to change my shipping address within same city (15 minute difference) and they were going to charge me $55. I just rented a UHAUL for $19.99 and did it myself. RIP OFF!! Didn't even try to work with me. So disappointed - won't order from them again!

My fiance and I purchased this beautiful bedroom set for our new home and we get so many compliments when people come to visit. Recently our home suffered a fire and our beautiful white bedroom set was covered in soot. We could not figure out how to remove the drawers and we sent an email to the company and they responded quickly with a photo of how to remove the drawers so we could clean all the soot from inside the drawers. The quality and design of this set is far better than anything we could find within 100 miles of our home. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

Bought a sectional online. Amazingly, we were told it could deliver the same day! Great! Until they tried to deliver it. After showing up an hour late the second piece we opened of only 2 brought into our home had smashed corners and was totally inferior to the Z Gallerie product that they said was very similar. We repackaged the two open pieces and sent them back with the same delivery person. Today we received our credit from the $2,914.92 purchase. Houzz and Furniture Import and Export had taken over 38% as a return charge! They cheated us out of $1,115.13! We are going to file a legal claim against Houzz and Furniture Import and Export for unreasonable charges- unless they return our money. We never even received the entire package. We only expected to pay some freight to help the delivery guy. Sincerely, Tony
