Richard L did an outstanding job working on cleaning my vents, etc. He arrived at the appointed time and did an excellent job on covering everything, cleaning and washing my vents. The three of them: Roberto Q., Richard L. and Haviar A. did an outstanding job.

I responded to the current George Brazil ad that cuts $50 off their $79 maintenance service call to check out either your AC or furnace. I bought my 13 year old home 6 months ago and thought it a good idea to have my AC checked before hot weather sets in. Eddie from Brazil showed up and checked over my system. He told me I had 2 issues that needed to be addressed. My system was dirty and for $798 Brazil would send people out to take my system apart and clean it. Plus he told me I had a weak capacitor that could take my system down when it got too weak to start it. The price for him to install a new capacitor was $209 even though a new one on line sells for $3-$15. I couldn't believe he wanted to charge me the Brazil full price to respond to my home and replace a $15 capacitor when it failed when he was already here on a service call. I called his office and asked for a supervisor, who confirmed the practice and price. When I declined either recommendation, I was charged the $29.95 advertised price of the service call. I later went to an electric supply store, purchased a capacitor for $13 and installed it myself. So beware, if you respond to the ad and they find a problem (and most systems are dirty), be prepared to be charged a full service call price for whatever they can find that needs attention.

I was in NY for business and got am call at 9pm that there was water coming from the ceiling. My wife called them on our service plan and a plumber was out within the hour to determine that it wasn't after or sprinkler leak but a drip plan which was overflowing.(2 AC units) he helped her clean up the water and protect the floors. He waited until i was able to get an apt with the AC division. An hour and a half later Michelle J showed up and spent a couple of hours fixing the immediate problem. Then asked her how this problem could be prevented in the future. she laid out a plan for both units with new pans and a float switch to shut off the AC IF WATER ACCUMULATED. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED. A FEW DAYS LATER the ac people came back with the pans and float switches and were in and out in an hour. Later in the day we noticed that the AC wasn't copying and called again. Within an hour a technician For]e R came in and found that a fuse had blown during the install. problem solved again. GREAT SERVICE, ON TIME WHEN YOU NEED THEM AND FAIRLY PRICED....

Joe came out to do VIP check-up and was very professional. He wore covers over his shoes and explained everything that he did.

I first met with a Service Tech to help me make an informed decision to replace my A//C. The next step was to schedule the installation. Ferris T and Nathan S. were assigned. They had a few challenges, but because they worked as a team all went well. They were on time, very courtesy and did a excellent job. THANK FOR A JOB WELL DONE!! After two awful nights of almost 90 degrees in our house and two separate visits by George Brazil technicians, we finally got our air conditioning unit fixed on day 3 when Joe R sent. He listened to our issue, was professional and said he would investigate the problem. I wasn't holding out much hope since this was the 3rd attempt at getting someone to resolve our issue, but he came back 15 minutes later and explained to me what the other 2 technicians did not see. I was so grateful to him for getting our unit functioning again and for having the knowledge necessary to identify and fix the problem. Thanks Joe!

We got our home a/c unit replaced by a new one. It took about 4 hours but was definitely worth it. Our techs were Rhino F. And Roberto Q. They did not leave until they made sure the ac was working well and did all the repairs that were needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs these services.

Very happy with the entire process. A/C went out Friday night, had an estimator by 1:00 PM Saturday and installation was completed by 2:00 PM Monday. Ferris arrived at 7:00 AM to begin installation. He had to maneuver through a very tight attic crawl space to run new thermostat wiring. Everything went as expected. Home was left in she condition as when they arrived (clean).
