Great Indoor Designs

Not Great at all!! Just like the previous post by Wendy, very poor experience with Great Indoor Designs (GID) that ruined what should've been a wonderful experience for us moving into our new home. We want to share our horrid experience so that others don't have to go through what we did. From the very beginning, we had only contacted GID and signed a contract with GID. Without communicating or providing us any options, they chose (i) their own suppliers (but don't even bother checking the quality of goods delivered before installation which caused us to have to remove and replace the installed portion of the robe turning what they said would be a 1day job into weeks of delay costing us loads of money) and (ii) their own installers (who GID now simply insist we approach to resolve the outstanding issues despite us not hiring them or be given any say in recruiting). We are now left with damaged walls; adjacent to the newly installed robe as well as the other side of the wall where the robe was installed. The section of the replaced robe is now not flushed or aligned with the rest of the robe as obviously seen in the photos. We had to get someone else in to paint the cornices installed as well as the grey ceiling that the installers smeared with white plaster. Overall the experience was horrid. I urge others to continue looking elsewhere and avoid having to go through what we had to.
