I honestly couldn't be happier with G-James I love their products and the quality is great. They've created a beautiful look for our home and their advice throughout has been wonderful. We dealt with Kerry Mayes and found him very helpful throughout our renovation. Can't thank you enough and am grateful to do business with you Thanks again... Kurt & Jess!

Would recommend to never use. Terrible customer service and poor product quality. As a builder we used GJames on numerous projects and had constant problems with every order. Save yourself time and money by going with another great supplier.

Great products and good pricing. Our new windows and sliding doors look great and we love that they provide matching coloured handles/winders at no extra cost. But, now the job is installed, they are dragging their feet on coming back to add a couple of locks and change out some glass that should have been opaque.

High quality products! House looks good when finished. have used them twice, wish the price could go down a bit. little concern about the customer service, slow reply is the negtive.
