Classic carpet has been our go to carpet store for both our personal and business needs. Dan and Jack are reliable, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. I can't say enough about Classic Carpet and Rug in Stamford, CT. I have used them for several rooms in my house in New Canaan and have been more than satisfied each time. Dan was courteous and professional to work with, and offered good solutions for my carpeting needs. He always provides various options at different price levels which allows me to stay within my budget. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again for any flooring needs.

I"m an interior designer in Stamford. Ct. I use Jack Breiner at Classic Carpet because I know he will measure, deliver and install to my clients perfectly. I never have to worry about happenstance, mistakes, etc. He has installed on curved stairways, shaped carpets, runners and home gym installations. The showroom has most of the options available anywhere and whatever is missing, they will make available. In addition to carpeting, wood and vinyl flooring is also available.

Buying carpet and flooring can be a daunting decision. It's not something one does every day and there are so many options. Fortunately when we moved to Stamford in 2005 we found Classic Carpet. Jack and Dan Breiner and the team there have provided support, encouragement and great advice. Whether it's a hall runner, an area rug, wall-to-wall for a bedroom or (as we just did) replacing the wood floors in the entire house -- prices have been fair, the products excellent and they're always there to help in the unlikely event of a problem. Love the work they've done for us.
