I clean and organize residential garages and storage units,clean out vacant houses, haul of construction debre, storm debre, appliances, furniture and trash. I do not take any medical waste I dispose of everything legally. I will not give a final bid until I have looked at a job and discussed details with the client. $17,500 -
Every job is bid individually. The minimum price is $175 for a flat fee job. Hourly jobs are $20 to $40 an hour person ( usually 1 or 2 persons) plus disposal fees of $100 per load. I require 50% cash up front on all jobs to cover disposal fees. I prefer cash or cashier's check but I will take personal or business checks (NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS).
