Update: We had an issue with our expensive fireplace doors. The glass started falling out of frame (glue broke down) after only 18 months. The manufacturer refused to replace them since the doors only had a 1 year warranty, even though there was no reason for them to fall apart so quickly. The owner of Hearthside Fireplace & Patio called me after finding out how upset we were with the product and service and agreed to replace the doors once he realized what had happened. He agreed that he would deal with the manufacturer. The new replacement doors were great and better quality than the originals. Would definitely work with again.

David is excellent! Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable . Serviced gas fireplace and repaired pellet stove. Very responsible price and cleaned fireplace

Cory and his helper did a fantastic job. They were on time work very well together extremely clean and organized. They also ran through the full operation know how the stove works I would highly recommend them to anyone as well as the people that work at the company including Amber who was extremely helpful thank you Paul

Positive experience with this company. Fixing my pellet stove was a challenge, but David was up to the task and the stove works great. David was professional and pleasant. Can't ask for more than that.
